Confused and Scarred: I have suffered with mental health problems since i was around 11 or 12 years old. This is a way for me to remove thoughts that plauge my mind on a day to day basis. Once they are out of my head and on paper i find it is easier to forget them. I dont care what other people think unless reading this helps you cope with your own issues. My spelling is rubish as im dyslexic and i write my thoughts as the come out of my mind so it may not even make sence. :)
